ABOUT YOGA

Yoga can be considered as union of the mind with the absolute. It is divided into eight parts – Yama, Niyama, Asana, Prnayama, Pratychara, Dhanana, Dhyanan and Samadhi. One can thus understand one’s own real nature and live life vigorously. The physical postures help the practitioner become very supple and make them attain a high degree of flexibility. The numerous health benefits are beyond everybody’s guess.
